What is Opera Turbo?
Opera Turbo is a server-side optimization and compression technology that speeds up data transfer and to reduces the amount of data that needs to be downloaded in order to view the page by up to 80%.
How does Opera Turbo Work?
When you start Opera, you will see a Turbo
on the left of the status bar at the bottom of the browser. The status bar can show you three modes:

How to test Opera Turbo
Windows
1.Download and install NetLimiter 2 Pro
2.Run NetLimiter 2
-Set the Units on the top right to KB (kilobyte)
-Double-click on the Incoming limit for your user and set to “100”
-Check the Limit box next to the “100”
3.Open Opera and enable Turbo.
